emeryville experiences

i have had a few exquisitely bad customer service experiences so far in emeryville.  the one that takes the cake was trying to get internet with AT&T (i plan to write a letter to the company, and if i do i will post it here).  AT ANY RATE that is my excuse for not posting at all from my new home.  i hope to start now!!
