1.  our first time back at church we were figuring out getting freddy out of his car seat and into his bjorn, opening and "closing" doors and getting all our stuff together.  after church, our friends who have a one yr old told jared that when they arrived they noticed that OUR DRIVER SIDE DOOR WAS SITTING OPEN.  they shut it for us.

2.  just this afternoon i picked up jared at work and we loaded freddy up.  as we were driving away i heard a rattling and something tried to get in my window.  IT WAS MY WALLET.  THE STRAP WAS SHUT IN THE DOOR.  i pulled it in to the car and then exclaimed -- "jared! stop! my keys!"  miraculously, they were still on top of the car, sliding backwards as jared pulled off the road.  i left my wallet and keys on top of the car.  unbeliev.
